A sophisticated gem is a seriously intricate mathematical form with many pages, and all in all, it can become a proof of drawing. If you want to introduce yourself with the stunts behind the design of this shape, luck smiled at you!
This step-by-step guide to the most skillful way to design Diamond will make creating this beautiful object a breeze!
Step by Step Guide to Drawing a Diamond – Let’s Get Started!
Step 1
For this guide to the best way to draw Diamond, having a ruler and light pencil along with your usual drawing tools will be extremely helpful.
If you have to use a ruler, play next to the reference image to repeat the shape we have in it. Two long snakes will form the base, while the top will have two small additions and a neat, snug top.
It is recommended to use a light pencil as it can be fascinating to get this shape right! If the layout looks good on you, you can go over it gently with a darker-colored ballpoint pen or pencil.
Step 2
When the layout of your Diamond design is complete, you can start drawing on the many sides of the gem. The highest point of the Diamond has a flat top, so that’s what we’re going to draw for this step.
To draw the highest point of the gem, define an edge that connects the top corners of the jewel with an edge that mirrors the line at the tip of your gem shape. Similar to the top line, this is still set quite precisely at this point. However, if you’re struggling with this line, you can make it and the top line a little more personalized.
Step 3
To do this, add another line that matches the one you recently drew for the highest point of the gem.
This line goes from the corners under the top corners you used for the last step. Gradually, you could use a more fitted line in case the unassuming stitches in this line don’t work for you!
Step 4
For this step of the gem design. We will use some straight lines to directly represent the point of the gem in front of us. To do this, you must operate your ruler to define two borders between the two lines near the highest point of your gem.
The reference image will help you define those boundaries! Then define two long edges from these at the bottom, but move them inward so that they meet at the location of your Diamond.
Step 5
Two additional lines are drawn from the top of the jewel until they meet the main plane line. Where they touch this line, carefully draw two more but at a different points so that they touch the flat top of the piece of Diamond.
When you have drawn these lines, your Diamond design is complete! Before proceeding to the final shading step of this tool, you can draw in any component or bump you want. Some thoughts might be drawing a ring under your Diamond or maybe drawing laser lines around it to make it look like it’s being monitored in a gallery!
Step 6
For that last step, you can sit back and relax with some silly shading to rejuvenate it. You have a wide variety of ways to vary it! Diamonds come in every beautiful tone imaginable, and if you have a favorite piece of Diamond, you can make it look that way!
You can also try different things with different processing mediums. Depending on what look you want to resemble in your Diamond design. Acrylic paints or colored pencils would give your Diamond design a rich and bold look, although watercolors or gradient pencils would give a softer focus.
