BioX Baseball Cap Raw Materials:
BioX Baseball caps are constructed from solid-colored wool. The caps’ visors always contain some form of stiffening. Sometimes, the stiffening used is buckram, but other times it’s an insert of plastic
(the manufacturer determines the material).
Certain cap designs require a mesh-like inner layer between both front panels. With logo and stiffening, the wool panels can be quite difficult to sew and will require a skilled human to stitch the panels together and an industrial sewing machine.
A few companies incorporate various steps to create the highest quality of their product.

We’re very proud of our BioX baseball caps. It took years of development work, to create something completely new out of a material that’s precious but not usable anymore. We look forward to many more ideas for our recycled felt project.
For my part, I have a collection of ten old baseball hats, so I’m going to start there. But if I find a new one — or even better.
Now, one might think that a hat would prove to be a distraction at the gym. That it would get in the way while I’m lying on a bench or machine, or earn me unwanted attention for being the Hat Guy. In fact, it’s been just the opposite. Maybe I feel more comfortable in headgear, or maybe I just really like showboating for my favorite teams. Will this eventually lead to a meaningful relationship with a new lifting and/or tailgating buddy? Only time shall tell. In the meantime, I am happy to report that I cover my head when stepping into the temple of gainz and I’m never going back. Gone are the days when I had to pause my workout to mop up the sweat drenching my face and putting my eyes through hell. I thank my hat for that, and soon, you will too.
(including color fastness which is important if athletes are during the drizzle or sweating out in caps).
