Dr. Akash Sharma is a successful IVF doctor, fitness model, and boxer and this multi-talented man has
achieved it all with time management and disciplined life. Akash was always fond of boxing and his
inclination toward sports started when he was in school. After winning a major match in boxing, there
was no looking back for Akash.
Boxing was the main goal that Akash had been chasing for years. He says, “Along with my studies, I used
to participate in university and school sports competitions, in which boxing was my main sport. I really
enjoyed doing all this. To be a good athlete in any sport, hard work is very important.” Akash always
focused on regular practice with good and professional coaches and almost for 4 hours in a day. He
always won the matches he played and that made him work harder helping him focus more on the
strategies required for the game.
With rigorous training, Akash has achieved what he always wanted. He says, “I trained hard for
professional boxing and when I had my first professional boxing battle, it was with a Ukrainian pro boxer
and I won that fight in the 2nd round by knockdown.” It was a new and different experience for Akash
and he never looked back since then.
Professional boxer and fitness model Akash Sharma admits that professional boxing is not easy but he
has always believed in facing that difficulty and ending it with hard work and determination. He insists
that there is a huge difference between amateur boxing and professional boxing. He used to do amateur
boxing in school and college but with time, he has learned the real nitty-gritty of the game. He says that
amateur boxing bouts have short durations whereas professional boxing bouts have almost 12 rounds.
Akash is happy that he received positive responses from time to time and got plenty of support while he
was building up a career in boxing. Support from friends and family always encouraged him to give in his
best. His father always dreamt of him becoming a professional athlete and he is happy to have fulfilled
his dream now.

Akash Sharma starts his day with a training and workout session as early as 4 am and then he also takes
care of his IVF hospital from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm. Before going to bed, he again trains himself for 1 hour
from 9pm to 10 pm. His lifestyle is a result of his determination and that is also one reason why he is a
successful doctor as well as a professional athlete.
Akash believes in managing time well and he thinks if it is done properly, it is not tough to achieve your
goal. For some days, it might be tough but for most days, he draws an inspiration to move ahead with a
disciplined and dedicated lifestyle. The reason for his utmost dedication is his focus on his goals which
never fails him. He believes there is lot more to learn in life.
Akash had gained lot of weight when he had to quit boxing for some time due to an injury but he made
sure he bounced back with a completely transformed body. Since he had a contract with a promotion
company to transform himself physically, he knew he had only 3 months to do so. He had already lost all
his muscles and gained 24% body fat. He took up the challenge, lost extra kilos and completely
transformed himself in just 90 days. Due to 100% dedication and discipline in his workout routine, he
managed to bounce back with a better physical transformation that few can only dream of!

Akash had to quit boxing due to an injury and in the process, he ended up gaining a lot of weight. He says
he had lost all his muscles and gained almost 24% of fat which he shed off in just 90 days and he was
back with a maintained shape that his promotion company had demanded from him. It was not easy for
someone like Dr. Akash Sharma who was already working as a doctor in his hospital and had to devote
all day to his work. Still, he used to train himself in the morning hours and during the night.
Akash values his work commitments like none other and he has always been particular about his
workout sessions as he follows them strictly even amidst tougher deadlines. It was not easy but he
achieved his goal through proper time management and discipline. He aspires to become an actor now.

body. Due to a contract with a promotion company that required him to complete his fitness
photoshoot and advertisement, all he had in hand was just a span of 3 months to work on his physical
appearance. He got a chance to do so and successfully finished his commitments by working on his body
for 3 months and completely transforming himself into the shape desired.
Akash is an inspiration for many who feel physical transformation is not possible in a short time. Due to
an injury, Akash was forced to quit boxing for some time and as a result, he gained a lot of weight. As soon
as he recovered, he bounced back with a workout and training session that calls for sheer discipline and
dedication. The biggest challenge that Akash faced was working as a doctor and preparing for his boxing
career simultaneously. He managed to do it as his fitness has always been good and that is also the
reason how he got selected for multiple fitness modeling advertisements.
Akash admits and says, “Being a fitness model has been a great experience for me. I did a lot of
advertisements made by the promotion company.” Akash believes that there has always been a huge
difference between boxing and fitness modeling. It is important to learn how to face the camera. He
faced difficulties initially but now he has gotten used to it.
